Email sent NO ANSWER!

How long does it take for you to reply to emails? How about getting a phone # ? Otherwise I'm not wasting my time and will go to another vendor. Works for Amazon but they reply promptly.

Sorry let me explain I sent an email to them from home Fri. No response. They have no phone # listed citing "We feel the best way to contact us is by email Blah Blah Blah....after all it works for Amazon." or close to this. I'm sitting and waiting for an answer. This is not good in my opinion but then again who am I. They have a good deal going on what I want I just need a Q about colors answered. I guess I should have explained better. I forgot you all would be reading also. Sorry Dan
