Default Running extremely lean

Last week I decided to run my fuel tank low to put a 100/93 mix in it for the track. At about 1/8th a tank the truck started dieing on me at lights..the lower the gas the harder to start at green light time. When it started it would drive fine until the next stop. Finally got to the station where i get 93 and put 3/4 tank in it and drove it home without much issue. Went to take it for a ride after washing it to get the 100 octane in it and when i crunk it up the A/F gauge showed 22.2. Threw a P0455 code when took it around the block. When i cleared that i threw the P0171 and P0174. Did the research and found out alot of times its the evap canister on the tank, the purge valve by intake, or the gas cap. I changed the one on the tank and the gas cap(received a message before saying tighten cap) and just did the blow thru/power cycle check on the intake one and nothing has changed. The trucks AFR seems to be good when the MAF is unplugged. I also changed to my other tune with the LS7 MAF and ran like crap until i unplugged the MAF. Just dont want to spend the money on any more parts that arent solving the problem.

If anyone has had this problem and knows a fix or any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I had the p0171 and p0174 code too lean just recently on the LS7 MAF I just installed with the PCM for less tune and intake. I cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner. Disconnected the negative for 15 min and the clocked the tube that the MAF sits in so that the MAF is the same angle as the throttle body. 25 miles and no code since. Might want to give it a try.

With both MAFs i moved them around a lil trying to see if it would make things better and nothing seemed to work. I also cleaned with MAF cleaner when it started stalling at lights.
I often run a LS7 MAF w/ 4" FMS low intake on track/dry days and run the K&N intake with factory MAF on rainy/down days. Have a different tune for both and have tried both intakes in different ways to try to get problem to go away but no change. Also looked for possible vacuum leaks but hard to listen with the supercharger. I am clueless on what the problem could be after all the things that have been checked out.

Havent changed the pulley in a while but i think i found the problem. Decided to pull every fuse one at a time and check and one of my o2 sensor fuses was blown. I always have codes for the o2 sensors since no cats but overlooked them and must have had a front o2 code and didnt realize. Thanks for the ideas though
