Good deal on HP tuners 2.2.0 w/ 8 credits?

A local guy is selling a Standard HP tuners 2.2.0 w/ 8 credits for $420. How old is this version? Will I need to upgrade the software to tune my '09? If he happened to register it already will I be able to register it under my own name if I dont have his username/password?

You update via the web, so any version will work. But you will regret not having the PRO. Especially if your going FI, you need the wideband input. You can transfer registration easily enough, I transfered mine (bought used as well).

So walter, you cant log with a wideband if you have standard. You would need pro???
