I have a 4l70-e super duty transmisoon auto 4 spd hmd m70 is it any good? What should I do to keep it from goin out my truck has 35,000 miles on it and it's a 2006

You can purchase a trans cooler and shift kit for starters. Other than that service it frequently and don't beat the hell out of it. We recommend the Stage 2 Shift kit I have included information on below. This shift kit includes sonnax parts and will give you more affective modification than the corvette servo.
