Coast Guard PCS to Anchorage, AK
I see the Alaska group isn't too active. Is anyone still around up there? I will be getting to Anchorage mid July. Hope to meet ya if you are still around up there.

Coastie in Anchorage? Hmmm recruiting duty or at Elmendorf?
July is prob. the best time to PCS up there and enjoy some weather until winter closes in again.
I'm from Eagle River/Anchorage area. I'm sure you'll love the scenery.

I just saw this thread. You will have to get use to all the daylight.
Let us know when the SS arrives. There's a handful of us that get together and do stuff.
