where can I get...
... a brand new set of high quality ballasts? I don't want anymore ddmtuning, xentec, or china-based crap anymore, bc these things are seriously starting to piss me off. I want new fog light ballasts, and I don't want to wait for china to ship

Morimoto is as close to OEM quality as you can get, others are junk, go with TRS if you replace them.
