Glad to see it worked out so far. Surprised to see you had this issue with such low miles, being stock and being RWD.

i love the truck but since i hit 29k thats when the problems started. im glad they took care of the truck even though it was a few days out of warrenty.

Hey kick@$$SS my 2007 with 41000 has just done the same thing, F-ME! Dealer said it was the no.6 rod bearing that failed under a load test. THANK BEJESUS I have the extended warranty! $90.00 to get it towed, $150.00 for initial inspection/tests. $1500.00 for teardown inspection. Getting my baby back with a new bottom end, PRICELESS!!!

i know this scenario all too well.. spun my bearing back in March.. made a thread on here, so everyone knows the story.. but long story short, i got a new motor and not replacement parts or a rebuild...

gotta love extended warranties.. (and a mod friendly dealer as i was not stock at the time lol)
