I just bought my tbss earlier this week and I'm loving it! I want to drop it really bad. What's the average cost to drop it with everything? I don't even know where to begin since I've never lowered a vehicle. Its an 07 awd completely stock

Default Belltech shocks

Got the truck lowered front and rear, 31.0 front, 31.5 rear, looks sweet, IMO.

And the ride is awesome!!!!!!!!!

Huge difference. Installed the rear belltech shocks in place of kbees and the ride is great. Still have bags also and lowered.

If I replace the air bags with this shock/ spring setup, will that effect my towing capabilities? Right now the airbags even out the ride, but is a little bouncy with heavy loads.

You'll need the bags if you're planning on towing.

Default Lowering

What size spacers did you use in the front to get it level? I am dropping my 06 AWD and what the truck to sit similiar to you. I also have installed F/R Addco bars so I am hoping this thing is way better than stock.

And I also have Scotts adjusters for the rear, where should I set them?

1) front use 8mm spacer on both sides and you will need the djm uppers

2) in rear you will need to cut the bumpstops and if you dont like the ride you can get the belltech shocks and that will help the ride a lot. The lower you go with the bags in rear the worse the ride gets shocks help a lot thought

3) if you want way better than stock in rear remove the factory springs and do the shock/spring combo kit I have in the store section it rides great.

Not hugely interested in much of a drop but it would be nice. I want to maintain as close to possible a stock ride or can we improve on the stock ride? My truck is very squishy on corners mainly sweeping on ramps and I really have to drive slow. Is it possible to have a nice ride but handle better without being rough?

just by changing front/rear shocks to belltchs you will be fine and wont need to lower.
