I having a lil issue. Before I take my truck to Leftcoast for the efan patch, how do I run the fans straight out of ignition? Please help!

Back in the 70's, I had a BB Ford van that had a cooling problem, I put a Flex fan on it.......................I could actually see the grill moving inwards when it was rev'd !! Cooling problem.......Gone.........

You aren't supposed to run the truck at all without the patch in it.......
And don't cut holes. If it was supposed to have holes in the shroud, pcmforless would sell it that way...

Do some searching..This was discussed a Looooong time ago....And with the holes it was more efficient in cooling.....Nobody's telling anyone they have to cut holes, it's a suggestion that was talked about a while ago. It's a fact that fans are useless after 30 mph, and the more "unobstructed" air that can move through the radiator the better it will work...If someone was worried about it not working at Idle, flaps can be attached to close the holes when sitting still (this was also used on stock applications) and be pushed open by air when driving......
