I like your product and the effort to fill the void, but I would want something nice on my truck too. if its bad enought for 2 people to send back then industry stabdard isnt good enough.
Maby "king kyle" was correct.....

Then maybe you should just get your products from "The Maverick Man".

Wow I wasn't expecting the attitude. I really was bringing up mav because he does take a while to do his products. which is understandable with truely custome parts.
But you seem as if you don't make a killing from these right away you will dump us...
then the fact that forcefed said his only beef with you was your quality in your work, then you complain that you have to fix your own work and we shouldnt expect it to be perfect???
I did want a few things from you, quite a few, but im kinda glad i decided to go with my suspention first.
good luck with your carbon parts bob... and thanks for not loosing interest before you have shipped out your pre orders yet.

your industry standars were obviously not on par with the customers expectations, a good businessman will do what it takes to get the customer happy with the product they expect to recieve. even if it takes eating up your profit margin.... its what has to happen in a customer service based economy.
Most of you were in a hurry to receive these asap and I did my best in getting them out. doing your best to get something out, should never cut into the quality of the part YOU are putting YOUR name on.
I had them all looked at by others prior to shipping and it was a consensus that they were all of Industry standard or better.
read... "they looked good enough to us, so we shipped em" "GOOD ENOUGH" is nothing more than an excuse for people who are too lazy to put out something worth spending money on.
I have never refused to repair or replace any of my work that did not meet that standard and will continue to follow this practice.
i will agree with you on that, you have always fixed issues... wether on your end, or on someone elses end at their expense, and at the cost of their own personal credibility
Keep in mind, if you are looking at these pieces with a magnifying glass then you will probably be dissatisfied because making these parts is not a perfect science. Even prepreg parts have their drawbacks. I want to continue working with you guys in the production of aftermarket products for your vehicles, but keep in mind if you are looking for absolute perfection you probably need to look elsewhere.
thank you for admitting that your parts are subpar. Also, that people who want a good quality part for their hard earned money, should look somewhere else that actually gives 2 shits about the customer and the part that ends up at the end users doorstep with YOUR name on it.
Those of you that are happy with yours, how about posting some pics or at least make some positive comments. See, this is more of a hobby for me than a living and I really do want to stay motivated to continue.
so basically, you are seeing that people here are not just pushovers, and will not accept subpar goods. and have lost interest...
Thanks, Bob

hey, at least you are honest enough to send the customers to someone who puts out a quality part, albeit at a "quality price"... cant fault you for that.

and remember when everyone was up his ass, wanting him to get banned, for taking too long for fixing someone elses(bob's) ill fitting parts, on his own dime.... then didnt want to send the parts back to bob, only to be out the money he had spent to get it right for ALL OF US.... amazing isnt it.
I did want a few things from you, quite a few, but im kinda glad i decided to go with my suspention first.
as did i, but after seeing how the whole valence deal was handled... no fucking way.
good luck with your carbon parts bob... and thanks for not loosing interest before you have shipped out your pre orders yet.

there are reasons why vendors come and go... and why some are here for the "long haul"....
the ones who are here ONLY to make a buck... and dont have a care in the world for the customer, or the parts they send to them.. dont last long.
the ones who were members, LONG before they were vendors. and are here to help people with what they need, not just make a buck off of them.
well... you can figure that out.

Am I too picky?...This from my cell phone camera.......These were the big ones..I have several more "eyes" but they are smaller (don't need magnifying glass) I also have a scratch about 1/4 inch long on one....Industry standards? I'll prol send to my buddy (Kyle) to get wet sanded and re cleared.............

To those of you who purchased, I'm sorry if you are dissatisfied with the product. I have only seen what few pieces have been shipped to me. And I was very pleased. I understand that this is a hand layed material that is made one at a time therefore the slight variances in finish. I really hope you can get the clearcoat fixed Anthony, Im sorry you received something that didn't meet your expectations. But on the other hand there are most of the guys out there who purchased bowties and valances that are happy with what they received. I wish I could have been a part of the quality-control before anything shipped, but I am over two hours away from Bob. I really hope any standing issues can be resolved, I don't want anybody unhappy in the end.

I'm more bitter about the pry marks on my mirrors I sent him to use for a mold.
If I were to pay as much as you guys did, I would not be happy. Mine need sanded and re-cleared to perfect.
Frank, I don't hold you accountable one bit.

I don't think u are anything but helpful and a stand up dude trying to pick up a project that had never lifted due to now obvious reasons. I commend u for trying. And frankly I was very excited about these parts til... I'm all about attitude and customer service than product. Yes I want a great product but if it's not, it's how you handle it that makes the man.

If you make 12 items and 2-3 are subpar... Well you don't get to much credit for the 9 good ones.
If your cool with that paypal me $100 and I'll give u an 80% chance I'll send u something u may want.
