PCM for less brake duct trans cooler is awesome!
Hey guys I installed my brake duct cooler from PCM for less today with the help of a buddy of mine since I broke my arm. Wow what a difference! Installation was straight forward, and it fits perfectly. Before the cooler with a stock trans and a tuned tcm I would get a temp reading of up to about 218. That was read with an aeroforce gauge. If im not mistaken that reading is from the valve body not the actually fluid so the actually temp is a little cooler. After the install and in 100 degree weather it didn't read above 175. I did some highway driving and stop and go. The trans actually feels like it shifts better too. Could just be me though. If you haven't done this yet, do it! I'll try and get a few pics up later! Just thought I'd share

Total cost was around 235 for parts and the extra trans fluid. Total time about an hour and a half with 1 and a half people lol

Yeah mines probably been sitting around for about 4 months... Had to get it done before the 28th so I could go racing safely or safer I guess
