Well just found out this morning that there is no issue with the recirculation it was acting normal, as I have the same manual controller in my silvy. I'm just going to have to break down and call the stealership to see if I can get it looked at.

There is a certain procedure for installing the mode door actuator. The new actuator comes "centered" Your supposed to get the door itself in the middle of its travel while installing the new actuator. It can be a very tricky task to do.

I changed out my actuator a while ago and the swelling in my hand took a while to go down from grinding it against the top of the gas pedal. These things are a royal bitch to change out and it took me about 5 hours to get it right. If you're under warranty have them do it. You can't see what you're doing, there's little to no room to move your hand around and lining up the gears is a pain in the ass. You don't have to take the dash apart just the bottom panel right above your feet and jam your arm and hand up under the dash.

Well I got mine done at the to day $350. It was the mode
door actuator, I would have done it my self if I knew anyone near
me that could have recalibrated it. Oh well happy Fathers Day to me
