Drivers side mirror is loose

How do I tighten the drivers side mirror. When wiping the car down I noticed the drivers side mirror has a lot more play in it then the passengers side. Of course then I noticed that when I drive the car I can see the mirror is moving around. It drives me crazy because you think you see somthing out of the corner of your eye but its just the mirror wiggling while your driving.

which part is loose...the lens section (where it folds), or the entire assembly?

Sorry fellas I was on vacation (no service). The whole assembly is loose. Drivers side is def. looser then the passengers side. I can move the assembly up and down.
