We will be doing conversions here at the shop. Once we have actually done this, we will have a better idea of all costs associated with the conversion and the variables.

How long do you think you will need the AWD? I can have you a final full Conversion kit with finished crossmember to you in a 2 week window no problem.
The crossmember that you are getting on Tuesday is a finish welded unit that was hand made for your testing. It would just need powdercoat if you get a tester that needs one faster.
So long as no changes are needed to the crossmember, we are ready to start production as soon as we get the laser cut parts in.

I just need one for a couple of days to do some measuring and check fitment. It doesn't have to be a conversion I will return the vehicle in perfect stock condition along with a free trans service. If someone with an AWD is contemplating a converter swap this would be a good time to get it done for no labor charges.

Yea he should just drive down and get it done. The whole swap and everything. He wants boost, might as well get the drivetrain ready. but....it aint cheap....

I think a 4L80E 2WD conversion is in my future, possibly with a new cam and procharger V2 system. Only problem is I will have to change my license plate.

So no one has done an awd yet? I'm very tempted to step up. My 4l70 is acting up and I was just given a late model 4l80 core.

We have the adapters and special shaft done and can build an AWD 4L80E, just waiting for the first customer. Just as an example, our SS model, good for 700HP, and including the adapters, 3000 stall converter, shift cable bracket, and dust cover sells for $4252.With Joes conversion parts and a little driveshaft work this is a bolt in proposition. We have other models available to 1000HP as well as other converter options, PM me for your questions if we can help.
