Were constantly voted 1-3 highest crime cities in the U.S. And i can contest to that, my Precinct alone last year had 160,000 calls.

I'm in Chicago and I've been sued twice now. DUI driver hit my squad and city paid him 10k to go away even after he blew .11. I digress, we have a few of these people in my area. They took over a house because it was vacant and had their "court" people give them court papers saying it was their house and had a bs deed to the property. Their papers don't count so when it does go to court the judge should clear all that up for you. good luck
