Check out what fast came out with, but not released yet
Cant wait to see what happens with these truck intakes.. Everyone is gonna love them. Simple way to make more bolt on power with no major modifications.

Tom, is it for cathedral port heads (LS2) or square port heads (L92/LS3)? Looking at the LSXR 102 manifold looks like they only support the square port lower shell.

Norcal SS: wonder if this is a easier install than the edelbrock one.
From reading the description it sounds like it would be based on what I've heard from guys with the Edelbrock. I can see guys porting it already and playing with the flow per their application.

They had some info on www.Camaro5.com(check out the home page). They reported a 40 hp increase on a 5.3L. As far as I know all 5.3L have cathedral port heads. Some guys over there mentioned that they may be modular and I guess you can get the lower shell with the port type of your choice (i hope). Gotta say it's pretty FUGLY tho. Looks like a Hemi intake.

These are for the LS3/L92 style heads, and you will sacrifice low-speed torque with these, so unless you are going up in cam, converter, and possibly gears, you might be better off w/o this one.
Just my opinion. On the street, torque rules.
