Takes 5.5qts. I only needed to drop the passenger side rack. I had to disconnect pass tie rod to get the new pan in. Didn't do anything on the driver side.
Makes an amazing difference. Everything fit perfect.

All of the Billet A/C Adapters have been shipped.
Please - Call when you are ready to start the installation of the oil pan. I will be happy to help walk you through the entire installation.
1) Once you have the pan and the Adapter make sure to bolt it on the front passenger side corner of the oil pan with the supplied small screw.
2) Drop the 3 provided longer bolts through the oil pan and through the adapter from the top.
3) Then you can clamp the adapter to the oil pan with some c-clamps.
4) Look into the large threaded holes that the A/C bracket will bolt through. You will notice that the rail on the oil pan needs to be relieved a little for the bolts to go all the way through.
5) We have been using an M10x1.5 Flat Faced, Bottom Tap. Run the tap in until it touches the side of the oil pan. This will cut some threads into the edge of the oil pan.
6) Remove the 3 longer bolts and c-clamp. Leave the adapter attached to the oil pan by the small screw.
7) Install the oil pan using all of the new bolts supplied with the oil pan. Leave the 3 bolts for the adapter loose.
8) Remove the rear large bolt for the A/C Bracket. Install the supplied washer on the rear bolt then re-insert the bolt through the A/C Bracket. Run the A/C Bolts all the way in until they touch.
9) Tighten the bolts for the oil pan and then tighten the 3 bolts for the Adapter.
10) Tighten the 2 big bolts for the A/C Bracket and you are done.
Special Notes - The oil pan pick-up tubes have been shipping with the blue orings on them. GM has a thicker Orange/Red O-Ring that seals better. The Orange/Red O-Ring can be purchased at any GM Dealership.

Just go to the parts counter at any GM Dealership Parts Counter and they keep them in stock.
I would not put one together without the Red/Orange O-Ring.

Thanks for helping once again!
It is for any LS application, as far as I know GM only has 2 o-rings for the pick-up tubes on these engines. I think the Red/Orange was stock on the SSR and some if not all TBSS.

You are able to bolt in a Rear Sump Oil Pan (the pick-up tube is in the rear) instead of our stock Front Sump Oil Pan (the pick-up tube is in the front).
This ensures that the pick-up tube stays in the oil under hard acceleration.
