Just a reminder for reserving rooms the deadline for reserving your room with me is
SEPT 30th. After that they will release the block of rooms back into their inventory. So you now have just ten days to reserve your room, get free drinks and have a chance for a free room. Again this is to RESERVE your room-not pay for it. Payment can be made however you like, when you check in. So start booking and when I have 20 I will announce who gets the free room from a drawing of all names that booked thru me. ITS THE SAME PRICE-$99per night as it is booking directly with Holiday Inn. (see post #1 in this thread for details)

What are the rules of what you can bring/not bring into the track? I am thinking maybe a grill, some food and some cool digs if I have time to pack them. Anyone else thinking the same?
