Default Phoenix - Awesome guys

So I had my trans done at Phoenix in August. Well it look it has had a mechanical issue of some sort and it has stopped shifting to 3rd under wide open throttle. When I called and talked to Greg he had no issues at all, he said bring it back and we will fix it. When they pull the trans down for me they are going to put in a better stall converter, go back through the trans, and fx whatever is wrong. They are going to give me a partial credit for my old converter too. These guys are the best and after hearing a few other members that have had Phoenix transmissions and got warranty work done, I would tell you they are the best transmission vendor I have ever dealt with hands down.

If you need a trans, these guys will do you right and stand behind it. I will tell you they aren't the least expensive, but I feel like they are the best vaule. Finding a transmisssion company to stand behind their work is next to impossible.

Are you keeping it now?

I am really not sure. There are "other" things that will have to take place before I decide to keep it. In all honesty, I like it less now than I did last week, but that is a different discussion
