Love the sound!!!
Now I know what route I wanna go.. Just need to find an LS2 block, build it on the side, I can't afford my truck to be down right now.
So if anyone has an extra block, let me know!! hahaha
Love your truck!!! I'm jealous

thanks! I need to tone it down though, for sure.
And new brakes are in order.. this thing lunges forward hard. My brakes feel inadequate.
Side note, the trans shifts like a sob, even under light load. But in a smoother way than stock. Fast/Crisp/Confident...
Starting from a stop, I can just feel my MPG's going downhill. The stall is gnarly lol. I have never driven anything like it (a big stall).

I'm worried that the cutouts might be too loud. Considering selling at this point.... lol
Our neighbors across the street have a young boy and our next door neighbors have a baby. i'm afraid to start this thing before 8am and after 8pm
I'll be honest, when it first started, I thought to myself, "What have I done?"

lol...funny you should mention neighbors. We have a 2 yr old that lives next door and a few weeks ago his mom told me that as soon as he hears my truck start up in the mornings, he runs to the window saying "Miss Tabitha, Miss Tabitha". lol. Now I'm sure to look for him at the window as I'm backing out of the driveway, and sure enough, there he is, waving, saying bye-bye, and blowing me a kiss. Too cute

Does anyone have any wideband bung location suggestions? I know that typicially, the bung is welded into either header collector. But, these being brand new headers, I'd prefer not to weld a bung right into the collector.
Has anyone ever used the driver side Y-Pipe bung where the rear o2 is? The rear o2's are tuned out right now I believe. Would this work?

Very nice work JD and glad you are driving it some now. Sounds awesome but I know what you mean by too loud. Mine had straight thru SW exhausts when I got it and it would wake the Dead! Good luck with Tune and looking forward to seeing some numbers on this boy.

Talked to my builder tonight when I picked it up and he said we can scoot it down a few inches into the Y-Pipe, so I think that's what we will end up doing.

Thank you! Yes, I'm afraid of waking the neighbors! I almost had to leave it in the driveway overnight, as it was 8:45 when I went to pull it in. I'll post #'s as soon as I get them... hopefully before bad weather hits.

I was just talking about selling the e-cutouts, not the whole truck

A few driving impressions from tonight's pickup. The shifts are very crisp. The stall will take some getting used to, as it really takes a lot of gas to get this thing moving. I was hesitant to take it up to 5k rpms, but when I did get on it a little bit, I definitely noticed some torque and very good shifting. I think I felt the stall lockup a few times, but I'm not used to all of the new feelings and noises yet. I forgot how to use some of the dash controls too... I had the wipers going at one point like what the heck!
I'm very happy overall and thankful to everyone on this board for their support and advice, and to my builders Trent and Josh from Colorado Performance Unlimited, who did a stellar job!
I was almost out of gas, so I had to milk it to the gas station. Here is a video of me rolling out from the gas station after finally getting gas. Didn't get on it, but you can tell that it takes a bit more gas to get this thing moving.
