trans slipping agin . 6th time going to the dealer
Brought the ss to the dealer and went on a ride to show the tech its slipping at wot and then he takes the truck by himself then comes back and says I'm causing it to slip I ask oh ya how's that ? He says I'm feathering the throttle I'm like really r u dumb u went on a ride with me and watch me smash the throttle to the floor . So they say they r not taking my truck I lost it at this point so the manager comes out with me on a test drive and verifies that I am not feathering the throttle so now he says he has to call a Gm engineer to c if they will come to the dealer and c why this keeps happening to the truck . So I'm just waiting on a phone call now

The second the manager agreed with you, the truck should have been taken in. I know that for a fact from prior experience....

this, and, marty, GM won't go halfsies or any amount, for that matter, on anything but original gm parts.... If the GM agreed there's an issue that is under powertrain warranty (anything trans is), then I'd call GM cust service and file a complaint that "even though the gm acknowledges, they will not perform troubleshooting, knowing I'll cover if it isnt under warranty." I'd call Two-tons-of-fun this morning at Rockenbach Chevy.... ask for greg, in parts. Have him run your vin for a warranty block check, to make sure you're covered.

Just noticed you're in an area I'm familiar with.... Which dealer you taking it to? I used Oneill's Chevy Buick in Avon, CT..... I know it's a bit of a drive for you.... But, Call ahead, ask for Art, tell him the issues you're having, and they'll take damn good care of you.

Can't you Lemon Law it once it's the same thing 3 times? See if you can get them to buy the truck back and get another.
PS Your avatar makes me think it's your fault.

You shouldn't have let it Leave last time without the dealer replacing the TCM like we told you. Eliminate it as the cause. GM should do this anyway just in case considering how little they cost. At this point if be pissed and filing some sort of suit against GM. No way in hell will you lose for some sort of compensation for this mess.
